Cardarius M. Cole, MBA, brings over 10 years of management leadership to his position at Mo’s Heroes. As Marketing Director, he has led the department in developing an entirely new strategy, with creative approaches to consumer research and social media, to successful market improvement. In his previous 5 years of marketing management, his brand and marketing development programs implemented social media marketing and advertising plans.
His professional success is owed to his leadership values, team building efforts, accountability, and a strong work ethic. His philosophy of “always exceed expectations” is found in his high quality deliverables. These values are deeply rooted in a highly regarded military career where his outstanding organizational skills helped him improve programs valued at $11 million in international logistical and transportation markets.
His commitment to achievement is demonstrated in his formal education and awards. He holds undergraduate degrees as well as a Master’s Degree and has received the Air Force Accommodation Award.
He developed a unique perspective into the people and cultures of the world while living internationally; especially his love of world music. Music has become a serious hobby. Since a young child he has performed as a disc jockey and continues performing today, often while doing a little “air” drumming!
