The Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Foundation will sponsor the 2015 National Medal of Honor Day and Citizen Honors Program. A Medal of Honor Wreath Laying Ceremony and Citizen Service Before Self Honors Ceremony will be held at Arlington National Cemetery beginning at 2:00pm.
